A Public Speaking & AI Workshop for Kids in Singapore

Over three exciting sessions, kids will step into the role of junior news anchors, explore the world of current affairs and learn how to create their very own AI-powered news report video.

What Kids Will Learn

• Introduction to Current Affairs

  Students are guided to understand kid-friendly news topics, learning to listen, think critically and express their opinions about the world around them. These skills not only build confidence but also give them a strong advantage in their school Oral Examinations, where thoughtful responses, clear articulation and personal opinion are key to scoring well.

• Public Speaking & Presentation Skills

  Students will be taught the elements of public speaking - eye contact, posture, clear speech and confident delivery - essential skills for both school and life.

• Recording a News Report

  Every student gets the chance to present like a professional anchor, recording their own news report that parents can proudly keep as a showcase of their progress.

• Incorporating AI into Video Creation

  Kids discover how to use AI to create dynamic video backgrounds, add automatic captions and generate unique visual effects that go beyond simple image prompts. They will see how technology can give them a creative edge in school projects and future learning.

• AI Skills for the Future

  Beyond the workshop, children pick up simple AI tools that can be applied to school projects, presentations and creative assignments.

  From mastering voice projection and timing to learning how to pace delivery with confidence, students will practise the very same on-camera techniques used by professional broadcasters, transforming their news report into polished presentations.
